How long until my items are dispatched?

Most orders will be processed and despatched within 5 business days of your order being placed. Note: This is subject to payment and stock availability.

Your order will be dispatched from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. 

During a sale period, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Easter & Christmas our turn around time may decrease.

How long will delivery take?

Your order will be shipped using Australia Post which can take up to 10 business days within Australia, depending on what state you live in.

Express Post at the moment, we unfortunately cannot guarantee next business day delivery. 

Little Deche will not be held accountable for:

  • Late deliveries or for lost or stolen parcels relating to late deliveries.
  • In the event a parcel is delayed nonetheless delivered, Little Deche will not provide refunds on those orders. 
  • For orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Will my package include tracking?

All parcels are sent out with tracking numbers.

You will be notified once your order has been despatched via email on your shipment, along with your tracking number.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because the email address may have accidentally been entered incorrectly upon checkout. Throughout the process, we send a confirmation email and an email to say the order has been dispatched. 

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we can help in fixing it. 

Incorrect Address or return parcels

If your item is returned to Little Deche due to incorrectly completed delivery address or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered or it has not been collected, postage will be charged again for your parcel to be posted, per re delivery. 

I’ve Received My Order And Something Is Wrong?

If you have received your order and there is something missing, faulty, broken or have any further questions please contact hello@littledeche.com. Include  your name and order number in the subject line of the email. 


  1. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear/tear
  • Rough handling
  • Any misuse of products or,
  • Gift Cards
  1. Sale items are not refundable and unable to be returned or exchanged.
  2. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges on teethers and headwear products.
  3. For items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged or incorrect item and is by no fault of your own, a refund CANNOT be issued, we can ONLY offer an exchange for the below options:
  • The same item
  • Item of the same value or
  • A Store Credit/Gift Card valid for 12 months.

To be eligible for a return on your faulty or damaged or incorrect shipped product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached and with your original invoice and proof of purchase.

It is important to note that:

  • This is subject to inspection and the return of all items
  • We cannot guarantee any items you request for an exchange will be in stock at the time of receipt of your return. In the case we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

Contact must be made within 5 days of receiving your order,  include a photo of the damage and original invoice to hello@littledeche.com

Can I change my order after completing the purchase?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an online order after it has been placed.

Your order will be packed and processed within 5 business days of receiving payment .

However, if your order is still in the processing stage and has not been shipped, the below listed amendments may be made. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any amendments.

Note: Although every effort goes into assisting you - we can't guarantee that we can change your order. Please contact hello@littledeche.com immediately.

Amendments permitted:

  • Change of delivery address 
  • Change of color or size of same item 
  • Additional items added to your order

It is important to note that:

  • Additional items added to your order will require payment prior to shipment.
  • Shipping cost may increase

Gift Voucher / Card

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Our gift vouchers are available though our online store. All gift vouchers have an expiry of 12 months. If you don’t think you will use it before the expiry date, please contact us before it expires.
How do I use my gift card?
You will need to enter your unique code at checkout. Do not enter payment details unless you have entered your code, or the code will not be used.   This code can be found  in your original email with the gift card purchase. 

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We would like to make it as easy as possible for all our customers, we accept credit card, Apple & Goggle Pay and PayPal.
Can I use mixed payment?
Mixed payments can be only made when using a gift card. Gift card code will need to be redeemed first, only then if there is an outstanding balance on your order, payment of bank card can be used. 
Why aren't I receiving emails or newsletters from you?
We will only send our newsletters and latest offers out to our customers that have subscribed. If you would like to subscribe please do so at the bottom of the page.
