Cancellations & Amendements

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel  an online order after it has been placed.

However, if your order is still in the processing stage and has not been shipped, the below listed amendments may be made. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any amendments. 

Amendments permitted are:

  • Change of color or size of same item 
  • Change of delivery address 
  • Additional items added to your order

It is important to note that:

1. Additional items added to your order will require payment prior to shipment.

2. Shipping cost may increase

Note: Please ensure full details are provided and are correct at time of placing orders to avoid delays. 

Lost Parcels / Unclaimed Parcels

We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs. 

Change Of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout, on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. 

Where possible Little Deche will accommodate address change requests as per the amendments policy above. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed for shipping. 

Little Deche takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
